The Nadowli-Kaleo Constituency Youth Wing has successfully organized an Easter/Ramadan Football Gala, sponsored by the Member of Parliament, Anthony Sumah Mwinkaara.
The final match was played on Easter picnic day, where Nator Ward defeated Goli Ward 3–2 in an exciting game to win the competition.
Communities that took part in the gala include Jang, Goli, Naro, Sombo, Sankana, Nadowli, Nator, and Charikpong.
Speaking after the event, the MP said there are plans to select some of the best players from the tournament to form a constituency team. According to him, the team will represent the area in future matches and will be given the necessary support.
He added that the gala has helped to bring unity and togetherness among the youth, as it allowed them to entertain themselves and showcase their talents.
The event was lively and has been described as a memorable moment for the people of Nadowli-Kaleo.
