A former NDC Parliamentary Candidate Aspirant for Wa Central, Alhaji Hudu Mogtari has once again donated an amount of Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GhC20,000) to the leadership of the women’s wing of the constituency.
Mohaisen Yirimeh presented the cash on behalf of the Former Chief Executive Officer of the Food and Drugs Authority, FDA, Alhaji Hudu Mogtari to facilitate campaign activities of the women’s wing in the constituency.
Speaking at the Wa Central Constituency Office, Mr Yirimeh said the donation was in fulfilment of Alhaji Hudu Mogtari’s pledge to provide logistical assistance to all constituencies in the region to help realise the nurtured agenda of winning all parliamentary seats in the Upper West region.
Mohaisen Yirimeh also encouraged other stakeholders of the NDC in the constituency to follow the good examples of Alhaji Hudu Mogtari and support the 2024 campaign.
The Wa Central Constituency Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Alhaji Issahaku Famina commended Alhaji Hudu for his relentless support of the party’s activities at both constituency and regional levels.
For her part, the constituency Women Organizer, J B Sauda expressed gratitude to Alhaji Hudu Mogtari for his commitment and dedication to financing party programmes to ensure victory in the upcoming elections.
Acknowledging the significance of the gestures, J B Sauda pledged that the donation would be used judiciously to realise victory for the parliamentary candidate and John Dramani Mahama.
About a week ago, Alhaji Hudu Mogtari donated a pick-up truck, Twenty-Five Motorbikes and an amount of Thirty Thousand Ghana to the Upper West Regional Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress.
