The Upper West Regional Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed deep gratitude to Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari the Special Aide to HE John Dramani Mahama after she donated 15 brand-new Dell desktop computers and GHS ¢20,000 to support the bureau’s operations and upcoming retreat.
In a statement signed 1 June 2026 by Issah Kantagyere Bonsingmwini, the Upper West Regional Communication Officer, the bureau said the donation comes at a “critical time” and will significantly boost its operational efficiency and contribute to the success of the regional communication retreat scheduled for later this month.

The bureau praised Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari for her continued support over the years, saying she has repeatedly responded whenever the team called—whether in times of need or for strategic initiatives. “Her unwavering commitment to our work and her consistent generosity are truly unmatched,” the statement read, adding that Hon. Joyce has proven herself “not just a leader, but a reliable mother and pillar for the team.”
Organisers say the retreat for NDC communicators will be the first of its kind since the party won the 2024 elections. The event is expected to bring together regional communicators to align messaging, refine strategies, and strengthen the party’s communications architecture as it implements its post-election agenda.
The bureau concluded its statement with a public expression of thanks: “On behalf of the entire Bureau, we say: Thank you, Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari. We are forever grateful.”
